A few friends and I have been getting together to make fun decorations and gifts for Christmas. Here is a little peek into what I’ve been making:
1. Cute JOY garland from The Cottage, but would be super easy to make. Hobby Lobby sells the pre-cut burlap triangles and stencils. Just paint the letters on and attach to some twine. (still want to make my own). 2. Free Joy to the World printable. 3. My updated wreath. Really wanted some silver embellishments on there, but haven’t found the Merry Christmas cutout in silver yet, so the green one is on there for now. 4. My new Christmas card holder. The frame was on clearance at Hobby Lobby for $20. I painted it and stapled chicken wire to the back. The JOY letters are just wooden letters from Hobby Lobby that I covered with scrapbook paper. 5. & 6. Two signs I hand painted. The merry & bright one is the first I made and the wood was a little wonky, but I still love it!
and also wanted to share a fun little photo my friend Sara McClure took of the kids
