Homemade Playdough

I made playdough for Jocelyn’s 2nd Birthday party and it is still good. We play with it a couple times a week and then keep it in the fridge.  It calls for Kool-Aid, which makes fun colors and it smells good too.  I got the recipe from our MOPS newsletter.

Homemade Kool-Aid Playdough

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of flour, sifted
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Package of Kool-Aid
  • 1 cup boiling water

Directions

1.  Mix together flour, salt oil, and Kool-Aid

2.  Add the cup of boiling water and mix well.

3.  Once it is cool enough to touch, knead the mixture until it forms a soft dough

4. Store in a Ziploc bag in the fridge
