Bubbles

A couple weeks ago, I watched Graham for a few hours because April headed to Colorado to visit a friend.  I had also made Jocelyn homemade bubbles that day.  Here is the recipe I found on the internet somewhere (sorry I lost the link) and wanted to try because the store bubbles aren’t that great.

World’s Best Bubbles

6 cups water

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1 cup liquid dish soap

Mix the water and corn syrup until completely blended. Slowly stir in soap. Will last for several weeks in an airtight container.

I also bought two big bubble wands from Target in the dollar section. The bubbles and wands were great and made some really big ones.  Jocelyn had a lot of fun and Graham enjoyed watching the bubbles.

Afterwards Jocelyn got in her splash pool to wash all the sticky off.  She enjoyed trying to drink the water.

And then she enjoyed a snack and making faces at the cat through the window
